Living Well enables people living in Rochdale to improve their health and wellbeing through one to one’s, group work and working in community settings to support people when living and feeling well feels too tough to tackle alone. The office for Living Well is based at the Lock 50 Business Centre in Rochdale, with the Big Life head office based in Hulme, Manchester.

What you’ll be doing

As an Administration Support Officer at Living Well you will be providing a quality service for people accessing the Living Well service and will be the first point of contact for all referrals for the service. You will support and process all the referrals and outcomes needed to ensure the successful running of Living Well. You will be passionate about health and wellbeing and be wanting to help make a difference to the lives of others.

What we need from you

  • You will support and organise the administrative functions of a service or business.
  • You will facilitate the smooth running of the business and the retention of relevant data and information.
  • You will be skilled at working with computers and databases.
  • You will have an eye for detail and enjoy working with data.
  • You will be the main point of contact for the service.
  • You will answer calls, process referrals, and ensure all data recorded is accurate.

What we will offer you in return

  •  An annual salary of £21,575 pro rata (NJC 5).
  • A 17.5 hours per week, Maternity Leave Cover contract until 31st May 2025.
  • Based at Lock 50 Business Centre, Oldham Road, Rochdale, OL16 5RD.
  • 25 days holiday, and 30 once you’ve been here five years (pro rata).
