Duration: 5 sessions, each lasting 4 hours (9am – 1pm or 9:30am – 1:30pm).

Develop PCI-accredited health coaching skills that help people take greater control of their health and wellbeing.

Our Health Coaching Development Programme equips participants with practical coaching skills that can be used immediately in health, care and community settings. Through a combination of coaching theory, reflective practice and practical application, you’ll learn how to support people to identify their goals, make sustainable changes and build confidence in managing their own health and wellbeing.

Designed to meet the standards and outcomes of the Personalised Care Institute (PCI) and the NHS England Workforce Development Framework for Health and Wellbeing Coaches, this programme combines Levels 1 and 2 of the PCI Health Coaching Curriculum.

How it works

To achieve PCI accreditation, participants must attend all five sessions and actively participate throughout the programme.

You’ll be supported by experienced trainers to develop your coaching skills, reflect on your learning and apply the techniques within your own role and practice.
