Big Life is in the business of changing lives. We fight inequality by working with people and places to create opportunities and inspire change. Whatever service we deliver, we do things the Big Life Way.
Our training offer supports both internal staff and external partners to deliver inclusive, strength-based, person-centred care. We co-produce our training with people who have lived experience, ensuring that our courses reflect real-world needs and promote wellbeing, resilience, and understanding across communities and organisations.
As a Trainer, you’ll design and deliver high-quality training programmes for The Big Life group and external clients. You’ll create bespoke content focused on workforce development, health and wellbeing, and anti-discrimination practices – ensuring alignment with trauma-informed, culturally competent, and strengths-based approaches.
You’ll develop both accredited and non-accredited content for online and in-person delivery, and contribute to the growth of our training offer by running “train the trainer” courses and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
You’ll support the empowerment of people and communities to build confidence, skills, and wellbeing through accessible learning.
