Salary
£31,022 per annum (NJC 17)
Hours
35 hours per week, fixed term until September 2027 (with potential extension)
Annual leave
25 days, increasing to 30 days after five years

As our Enablement Coach, you’ll support people on probation to improve their wellbeing, overcome barriers and reduce the risk of reoffending.
Working one-to-one and with groups, you’ll help people develop positive relationships, improve emotional wellbeing, access employment, housing and community support, and build the confidence and skills needed to move forward. You’ll work closely with probation, community organisations and partner agencies to ensure people receive coordinated support that meets their individual needs.

This role requires enhanced level 1 vetting.
