If you are new to the area, you should register with a GP in Rochdale and then re-refer.

NHS Talking Therapies is designed to help individuals who are experiencing common mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

If you are seeking support for issues outside of this e.g. a diagnosis or for a severe and enduing mental health issue, please make an appointment with you GP to discuss appropriate services.
