Need help with how you’re feeling?

eTherapy involves working through a series of exercises on your computer to learn self-help techniques to manage any problems in your life and feel better about yourself.

When you come to eTherapy, you’ll be assessed by one of our trained team. They’ll talk to you about how you feel and what you need help with so we can set you up with access to the right online therapy for you, working with you to choose from a wide range of options.

Courses typically take between six to eight weeks to complete. Our trained staff and volunteers are available throughout to provide you with guidance and assistance.

eTherapy is for anyone who lives in Manchester, or whose GP surgery is based there. You’ll come to us if you’re experiencing common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. You do not have to be told by a doctor that you have a mental health problem to be offered or benefit from a talking therapy.

Through coming to eTherapy Manchester, you’ll feel motivated to focus on the “here and now” of your problems and willing to participate in work between sessions, which can help you to feel better and stay better.
