Need help with how you’re feeling?

eTherapy involves working through a series of exercises on your computer to learn self-help techniques to manage any problems in your life and feel better about yourself.

When you come to eTherapy, you’ll be assessed by one of our trained team. They’ll talk to you about how you feel and what you need help with so we can set you up with access to the right online therapy for you.

Who are we for?

eTherapy is for anyone who lives in Salford or Trafford, or whose GP surgery is based there. You’ll come to us if you’re experiencing common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression.

How can we help?

When you come to eTherapy, you’ll be assessed by one of our trained team. They’ll talk to you about how you feel and what you need help with so we can set you up with access to the right online therapy for you. We offer a range of online programmes, including:

Each online programme can take between six to eight weeks to complete. Our trained staff and volunteers are available throughout to provide you with guidance and assistance.

Through coming to eTherapy Manchester, you’ll feel motivated to focus on the “here and now” of your problems and willing to participate in work between sessions, which can help you to feel better and stay better.

Where we see to you?

eTherapy can be accessed from a number of community settings in Manchester. Alternatively, if you have access to the internet and a PC, laptop or tablet, you can access the service from home!

Regardless of where you access the service, you will be supported each week by an experienced eTherapy Coordinator.
