eTherapy involves working through a series of exercises on your computer to learn self-help techniques to manage any problems in your life and feel better about yourself.
When you come to eTherapy, you’ll be assessed by one of our trained team. They’ll talk to you about how you feel and what you need help with so we can set you up with access to the right online therapy for you, working with you to choose from a wide range of options.
Courses typically take between six to eight weeks to complete. Our trained staff and volunteers are available throughout to provide you with guidance and assistance.
You can refer yourself online or ask your GP to refer you.
