Weigh & Walk (10:30- 12:30)
Walking is great for your health and can even help you to lose weight. Come along to our weekly walk to start taking steps towards a healthier you. Meet at The Energise Centre 10:30 for a weigh-in, 11am for a walk.

Come and join our weekly creativity group. Draw, paint, craft and much more. No experience necessary. Just turn up! Suggested £1 donation.

Grab a healthy recipe bag from the centre for just £1.50. First come, first served.
Chair Based Exercise (11:00- 12:00)

Energise Centre Boat Trip (27 September 12:45 – 15:00)
Set sail with us on The Princess Katherine! Meet at Salford Quays at 12.45. The cost will be around £35 per person. This includes a 2 hour boat trip and on-board buffet! The final cost will be dependant on numbers and will be calculated closer to the time.

Learn a whole load of great ways to look after both your mind and body. Booking essential.
Wellbeing Walk (13:00- 14:00)
Come and join our weekly walking group. Meet new people, connect with the community and explore local green spaces. Meet at Kersal Wetlands, Littleton Road, Salford for a 1 hour walk. Join us afterwards at the centre for a brew.
Holistic Share (28 September 11:00- 12:00)
Come and explore some holistic ways to look after your health and wellbeing with things like Group meditation. Booking essential.

29th September – Macmillan Coffee Morning with Breast Buddies Breast Cancer Support Group (13:00– 14:30)
Come a take part in the worlds biggest coffee morning to raise money for Macmillian. Hosted by our Salford Breast Buddies Group but open to all!
