Living with anxiety or depression?

You’re not alone with your local Anxiety and Depression Support Group. These Groups run in a range of locations in the community and online via zoom, offering peer support and help to people, enabling them to regain confidence to engage in everyday social and workplace activities.

Our groups are open to everyone, over the age of 18, across Manchester. They offer an empathetic and non-judgmental space where you can meet others who also struggle with anxiety and depression. Anyone who joins the group will be able to share ideas and access help and information.

Up until recently, they were known as Self Help Groups, but we’ve changed the name so it’s clearer who they are for and to help highlight the important part they play in local communities across Manchester.
