Come along to one of our drop-in groups
Living with anxiety or depression? Manchester’s anxiety and depression support groups are here so you can join others, build on your experience, overcome obstacles like isolation and find new ways to move on together.
Our groups are for anyone over 18, living in Greater Manchester. They’re free, run every week and you just drop-in face to face or online – whenever suits you best. It’s a safe and confidential place to talk about your experiences and share advice.
