Living with anxiety or depression?

You’re not alone with your local Anxiety and Depression Support Group. These Groups run in a range of locations in the community and online via zoom, offering peer support and help to people, enabling them to regain confidence to engage in everyday social and workplace activities.

Our groups are open to everyone, over the age of 18, living in Greater Manchester. They offer an empathetic and non-judgmental space where you can meet others who also struggle with anxiety and depression. Anyone who joins the group will be able to share ideas and access help and information.

Living with anxiety or depression? Manchester’s anxiety and depression support groups are here so you can join others, build on your experience, overcome obstacles like isolation and find new ways to move on together.

Our groups are for anyone over 18, living in Greater Manchester. They’re free, run every week and you just drop-in face to face or online – whenever suits you best. It’s a safe and confidential place to talk about your experiences and share advice.

But if you can’t make one of these groups we have online groups on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Online groups

Our online Anxiety and Depression support groups are open to everyone, over the age of 18, living in Greater Manchester. They’re just like our face-to-face drop-in groups, but in the comfort of your own home.  They offer an empathetic and non-judgmental space where you can meet others, who also struggle with anxiety and depression, to share ideas and get help.

Our experienced group facilitators deliver two-hour sessions every week on:

Our Facebook group provides a safe space for peer support for people living with anxiety, social phobia, low mood and depression.

A small number of peer support group facilitators regularly review page content and provide advice and information.
