Self Help: online taster sessions

Welcome to the referral page for Self Help’s online taster sessions. You may have been referred to this page or have followed directions from one of our leaflets.

Our current taster sessions include:

  • Managing Stress
  • Perinatal Mental Health and Wellbeing

These taster sessions are around 30-45 minutes in length and will introduce Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) skills and techniques that you can learn and continue to practice in your own time.

To register for one of these taster sessions, click on the link below and you will be directed to a form to complete. Once you have completed this form, you will be sent an email containing further information and a video link to the taster session.
