FREE Slimming World vouchers
Thank you for your interest in the FREE 12 – week membership of Slimming World’s weight loss groups. It’s funded by Manchester City Council and is for anyone who:
- Has a GP in Manchester, or a Manchester city postcode
- Is 16 or over
- Has a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25+
- And has NOT been paying for Slimming World membership in the last 3 months
How to claim the offer
Just confirm you have a GP in Manchester or a Manchester city postcode and are 16+ and give us your name. Then hit the ‘Get Started’ button.
This will update this page. At the bottom of this page you’ll then find a special contact number and offer code for Slimming World. Make a note of these. Slimming World needs the code to sign you up for a 12-weeks free membership when you call.
When you call Slimming World, they will check you meet all the conditions of the offer, answer any questions you have and help you find a group that suits you. If you forget the code or lose it, just go back to the Be Well page and start again.
