This document shows the gender diversity snapshot completed on 5 April 2017. As this document outlines, while we have a gap in the median pay for men and women in the organisation, we are confident that its gender pay gap does not stem from paying men and women differently for the same or equivalent work. Rather it is the result of the roles in which men and women work and the salaries that these roles attract.
