Antiracism Strategy 2025

This strategy serves as a blueprint to transform The Big Life Group, by addressing racial inequity and embedding antiracist practice. It details the internal and external activity, wellbeing support, training, and awareness raising we will undertake to:

  • Support staff on their journey to understand race and racism
  • Consider the impact of race and racism on our work and its daily impact on staff and the people we work with
  • Apply tools to dismantle structures and behaviours to become antiracist.

We will review this strategy annually, documenting our progress and setting targets for the future year.
