Celebrating the Big Life Staff Awards 2025

Every year, staff from across The Big Life Group gather to celebrate, connect, and recognise the incredible work going on within the organisation, and this year’s Big Life Staff Awards was one of our best yet.

Hosted at the beautiful MyLahore Marquee in the grounds of the British Muslim Heritage Centre, the event spotlighted the people and teams who work tirelessly to achieve Big Life’s mission to fight for equity – in health, wealth, and life.

This year, we received over 300 nominations, with staff proudly recognising the hard work, dedication, and impact of their colleagues. From supporting people through the toughest of times to creating opportunities and improving wellbeing, every nomination was filled with inspiring examples of compassion, creativity, and care. Highlights included a volunteer-led community garden, supporting someone to reach 100 days of sobriety, celebrating heritage through a creative project, and improving attendance among primary school pupils.

A panel of Big Life board members reviewed every nomination before the winners were revealed during a special ceremony on the night.

We are so proud of everyone who was nominated, shortlisted, and won an award. Together, you make Big Life what it is — a place where people can truly find support and change their lives.
