Big Life confirms status as a great employer
For the second year running, The Big Life group has taken it’s place among the best places to work in the country.
Following an extensive survey of its staff in the autumn, the group has received the Best Companies Two Star Accreditation. Not only that, the organisation also secured a place in three of the prestigious Sunday Times Best Organisations to Work For lists for 2021.
Big Life was recognised as the fourth best Health and Social Care organisation in the UK to work for, as well as the 64th best large organisation to work for in the country, and the 54th best company of any kind in the North West.
The accreditation is made possible only through an ‘outstanding’ commitment to workplace engagement, as demonstrated in the survey. The academically-designed questions aim to show the extent to which staff feel valued by their employer, as well as how their feel about the organisation’s leadership, the opportunities to learn and grow, their pay and benefits, and how the organisation looks after their health and wellbeing.
