Meet the Board

Caroline joined The Big Life Group as Chair of Trustees in April 2026.  She initially joined The Big Life Group in 2005 as Executive Director and retired in 2023. During her 18 years with the Group Caroline worked across a range of services and functions including finance, mental health, employment and IT.

Prior to this, Caroline worked in IT, strategy and finance roles, mainly in manufacturing and energy sectors. Caroline has an MBA from Manchester Business School and works with MBA students as an Adjunct Supervisor.”
