Caroline has worked at board level across a range of industries including manufacturing, distribution and professional services before joining The Big Life group in 2005. Caroline’s roles have included corporate finance, strategic management, general management and Finance Director. Having joined Big Life group as Finance Director, Caroline has worked with Big Issue North, Big Life Employment and Self Help.
