Training Team Leader

Salary: £27,741 per annum
Working hours: 35 hours
Contract: Fixed term to March 2022
Holidays: 25 days per annum, plus Bank Holidays
Based at: Post will be split between working from home and Manchester

⭐   Are you organised, great at managing projects and rigorous about analysing data?

You could be our perfect Training Team Leader!

This is a great opportunity to join Big Life as our Training Team Leader where you will manage and support a team of trainers delivering a range of training programmes, ensuring trainers know where and when they are training.  As part of the role, you will review data – including learner feedback – and produce monthly and quarterly reports ensuring continuous improvement and first class training delivery to Big Life staff, communities and partner organisations.

Coronavirus update

In light of the current situation, we are making changes to the way we deliver services at the moment. One-to-one appointments that would normally be delivered face-to-face will now take place over the phone or through video call. There is no need to call us to confirm – your regular point of contact will call you at the time your appointment was scheduled.

We are also no longer holding groups inside. We’re currently arranging alternatives where possible through considering walking or virtual groups. Please contact your group facilitator, or the centre where the group runs from, for more information.
