Working hours: 22.5 hours (flexibility will be required regarding days worked to align with the university timetable)
Contract length: 12-month secondment
Holidays: 25 days per annum, pro-rata (rising to 30 days after 5 years)
Based at: Oakland House, Old Trafford, Manchester M16 0PQ (Travel to other BLG offices may be required)
We are looking for a motivated PWP to join our expanding Talking Therapies service in Manchester. The post holders will be responsible for delivery of case management, clinical skills supervision and reflective practice supervision for trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners within the service, ensuring we adhere to all relevant statutory, academic and professional requirements. An IAPT/counselling supervisor qualification is desirable, or the successful candidate must be willing and able to successfully complete the IAPT supervisor course in September 2021 is essential.
The successful candidates will be skilled in delivering low intensity therapy, highly motivated with the ability to organise and prioritise their own workload and will have successfully completed an approved IAPT PWP Post Graduate Certificate. We can provide excellent opportunities for ongoing personal and professional development through regular supervision and training opportunities.
