Self Help is a user led mental health charity that has developed considerable expertise in the field of primary care mental health. The charity currently delivers a range of services including self help support groups, cCBT services, counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. The charity is funded by various NHS Trusts and works across the North West with the head office based in Hulme, Manchester.
We are looking for a motivated clinical Team Leader to join our expanding psychological wellbeing service in Stockport. The post holders will line and case manage a team of PWP’s, eTherapy Coordinators and Counsellors delivering a range of NICE approved low intensity interventions for depression and anxiety disorders. The post holder may also carry a caseload.
The successful candidates will be skilled in delivering low intensity therapy, highly motivated with the ability to organise and prioritise their own workload and will have successfully completed an approved IAPT PWP Post Graduate Certificate. An IAPT supervisor qualification is desirable. The willingness/capability to successfully complete the IAPT supervisor course is essential. Self Help can provide excellent opportunities for ongoing personal and professional development through regular supervision and training opportunities.
