Teaching Assistant (Level 3)

Salary: £20,092 – £21,748 (Grade 4, NJC 7-11 )
Working hours: 35 per week term-time only
Contract: Fixed Term Contract
Holidays: 25 days per annum (rising to 30 days per annum after 5 years service), plus Bank Holidays
Based at: Unity Community Primary, Salford

Unity Community Primary is looking for experienced, energetic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (TA) to join our growing school to support children to make accelerated progress across the school. We are looking to recruit additional TAs to support each phase; EYFS, KS1 and KS2. We are a UNICEF RRSA Gold school and pride ourselves on our inclusive, nurturing ethos with a strong focus on the wellbeing of children and staff.

Coronavirus update

In light of the current situation, we are making changes to the way we deliver services at the moment. One-to-one appointments that would normally be delivered face-to-face will now take place over the phone or through video call. There is no need to call us to confirm – your regular point of contact will call you at the time your appointment was scheduled.

We are also no longer holding groups inside. We’re currently arranging alternatives where possible through considering walking or virtual groups. Please contact your group facilitator, or the centre where the group runs from, for more information.
