Senior Primary Care Network (PCN) Coach

Salary: £25,801 (fixed point 21 on the NJC scale)
Working hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Based at: Zion Centre, Manchester

You could be our perfect Senior PCN Coach!

PCN’s across Manchester are partnering with Be Well to recruit their new Social Prescribing workforce, located in GP practices. Be Well is a health and wellbeing service that works with people in Manchester who have multiple lifestyle issues that they wish to change.

All coaches will take part in our new training programme delivered by Salford University. This is part of an exciting project, led by Big Life, to develop a new type of multi-skilled worker. The training package will teach you to provide assessments and interventions from various fields to help you to achieve better outcomes for the people using your service.
