What you’ll be doing

As a Receptionist/Administrator for Zion and Kath Locke Centres, you will be providing a front of house service, ensuring that all buildings have a positive experience of the services offered within both centres in Manchester. You will provide a safe and quality environment for all building users, tenants and groups at the centres.

What we need from you

  • You will have excellent customer service, organisational and teamwork skills.
  • You will have the ability to use IT processes and systems to ensure the smooth running of the centres.
  • You will have a commitment to the Central Manchester communities you will be working in, improving people’s health and wellbeing and helping people overcome the barriers they face.
  • The ability to work from both the Kath Locke and Zion Centres in Manchester depending on service needs.
