Can you support people support to achieve their goals?
We are looking for an engaging and resilient Mental Wellbeing Coach to join our expanding Teams in Living Well Tameside to deliver mental wellbeing support.
The successful candidates will be working with a variety of different agencies and organisations across a range of services such as housing, mental health, education, and debt management. You will establish strong connections with the community, manage a varied and complex case load and keep up to date records using a database.
