Living Well Programme Lead

Salary: £29,174 per annum
Working hours: 35 hours per week
Contract length: Permanent
Holidays: 25 days per annum, pro-rata (rising to 30 days after 5 years)
Based at: Agile working and working across the borough of Rochdale

  • Have you the creativity and skills to lead public health campaigns and programmes across organisations?
  • Can you lead staff and develop programmes that create opportunities for people to change their lives?

Then you could be our perfect Living Well Programme Lead!

 You will have the opportunity to work as part of the Living Well service in Rochdale, helping people overcome multiple barriers to living healthier, happier lives.

Leading Living Well’s Programme team, you will work with organisations and partners to increase their capacity to deliver tangible improvements in health and wellbeing within a robust performance framework.

You will be working with key organisations to embed prevention action plans within their workforce. You will create a strategic workplan with key organisations to achieve the aims of the public health prevention strategy.

You will work creatively and coordinate public health campaigns in line with the strategic workplan.

This is an exciting time for Living Well. After 8 years in Rochdale, we are about to start a new three-year contract which will see us continue to build on the strengths of Rochdale’s people and communities to improve their health and wellbeing.
