You could be our perfect IT Support Analyst!
We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to deliver a high-quality IT service and effective support to around 350 staff across Big Life’s wide-ranging services.
You will provide remote and on-site assistance to staff across a number of offices, offering proactive, customer-focused hardware and software support. You’ll be adept at troubleshooting and triaging all kinds of IT issues, and be able to proactively prevent issues occurring in the first place. And, you’ll document and map IT process where required, manage our assets and oversee calls logged via our helpdesk.
