We have an exciting opportunity for three engaging and resilient Enablement Coaches to join our new Welfare Service across Greater Manchester. We’re looking for motivated coaches who have experience of working with people with a history of offending who face multiple barriers to rehabilitation. You’ll make a real difference – working with individuals in both one-to-one and group settings, to help them achieve their goals.
The successful candidate will be working with a variety of different agencies and organisations across a range of services such as housing, mental health, education and debt management. As part of the role, you will manage a varied and complex case load and keep up to date records using a database.
