Do you want to help people in Manchester make changes to improve their health and wellbeing?
Can you see the best in others, listen to and inspire them?
Be Well is a health and wellbeing service that works with people in Manchester who have multiple lifestyle issues that they wish to change.
Working in a team of coaches and specialist workers, you will provide practical one to one support with the changes people want to make, deliver this support with our community partners and build strong, supportive networks in the neighbourhood you are working in.
With a varied case load, it’s a chance to enhance your skills and experience delivering a wide range of evidence-based support, led by people’s aspirations and rooted in their strengths.
