Who are we for?

eTherapy is for young people (aged 11-15 years old) who live in Stockport, or whose GP surgery is based there. You’ll come to us if you’re experiencing common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression.

How can we help?

When you come to eTherapy, you’ll be assessed by one of our trained team. They’ll talk to you about how you feel and what you need help with so we can set you up with access to the right online therapy for you. We offer a range of online programmes.

The programmes teach you techniques and strategies to help you cope better with negative thoughts, feelings, low mood and anxiety, as well as building on wellbeing and resiliency.

Our eTherapy programme can take between four to eight weeks to complete. Along the way, you will be supported weekly by an eTherapy Coordinator, either face to face or over the phone.

Where we see to you?

eTherapy can be accessed from a number of community settings in Stockport. Alternatively, if you have access to the internet and a PC, laptop or tablet, you can access the service from home!

Regardless of where you access the service, you will be supported each week by an experienced eTherapy Coordinator.
