Short Courses and Training

Here at Living Well Rochdale we have a number of short courses and training sessions we can offer covering a range of topics including stopping smoking, alcohol, exercise, Five Ways to Wellbeing, stress and anxiety, relaxation, assertiveness and mindfulness.

Each course last about 3 hours, and anyone who completes the course will receive a monthly gym pass.
