The Big Bake

Maybe you’ve added just a touch of something different to a traditional recipe and it makes it something extra special?
Or it's just lovely and you want to share it with the world.

The idea.....
You donate (minimum £2 per recipe), here - then email your recipe to here
If you have an interesting story include it in the email – where did the recipe come from, has it taken a 100 attempts to get this far etc (perhaps even a picture of the finished cake). Do you just love the cake and make it all the time?
The recipes will then be shortlisted and
- A qualified pastry chief will bake each of the cakes
- We'll bake enough so we can take them to our four main offices
- We will hold an afternoon tasting session for our vendors
- They will taste each of the cakes and vote for their favourite.
The Prize:
- 1st Place = A Kitchenaid Mixer
- 2nd Place = A Cuisinart Food processor
