Empower Service. The Employability Mentoring Programme – EMPOWER is designed to engage ex-offenders aged 18 and over and assist them to overcome barriers to employment. EMPOWER is a partnership of a wide range of statutory, voluntary and community agencies providing interventions to enhance the employability and life choices of participants.Open Door offers a range of services in the form of one-one session, groups session and training in the following areas.

- Health checks
- Holistic therapy session ie Reiki, CBT, Indian head massage
- Stress Management training
- Anger management Training
