Since 1997 The Big Issue in the North has carried out an audit of its vendors. The audit pinpoints who our vendors are, how they became homeless, their education and employment history, housing situation, the problems they face, information on the health services they need/have access to and their perceptions.

The audit allows us to make year on year comparisons, identify changes in situations and gaps in services.
