A voice for the voiceless - The Big Life group gives a voice to the voiceless. We help people make themselves heard, acting as a bridge between excluded communities and local, regional and national decision makers. Where appropriate we will also advocate on people’s behalf.

Through first-class research with our service-users, we campaign to influence local and national policy affecting their lives. We share our experience and knowledge to educate decision-makers and inform the debate on social exclusion.

Depending on our purpose, our work can be behind-the-scenes or high profile media campaigns, research-based or working in partnership with other organisations.

All work carried out by The Big Life group is monitored and evaluated. Our model to measure improvements in quality of life for all our service users is underway.

We also work with local and national universities or academic bodies to improve their access to clients whilst protecting the welfare of those service-users.
