Open Door Health is a social business which is committed to ensuring that the people who are most vulnerable in society get the opportunity to access a range of health and care services and get the information, advice and services they need to improve their lives.

Open Door Health is contracted by North East Lincolnshire PCT to deliver personal medical services to people across North East Lincolnshire.

For many people, ill health is the result of a combination of factors, and by delivering tailored medical services, Open Door Health can help people to take control of their own health.

Services include:

• general medical services
• cervical screening
• contraceptive services
• vaccinations and immunisations
• maternity medical services
• health promotion
• prescribing

Open Door Health is based in Open Door, a multi-agency and care centre in the East Marsh area of Grimsby.
