Open Door Care is a social business committed to ensuring that the people who are most vulnerable in society get the opportunity to access a range of health and care services and get the information, advice and services they need to improve their lives.

The people Open Door works with could have one or a combination of barriers which stop them from access mainstream services: they could be living with an addiction or substance misuse, leaving statutory care, be homeless, an ex-offender, an economic migrant, a sex worker or someone who has been banned from services as a result of violent or aggressive behaviour.

Open Door reaches these people through its multi-agency centre in the East Marsh area of Grimsby which brings together a range of traditional health services alongside social care services including a GP and nurses, and a cafe and information and advice sessions.
