Open Door provides a range of health and care services, information and advice to help you improve your health.

Based in the East Marsh area of Grimsby, the centre houses a range of services including a GP, nurses, a cafe, English and IT classes, and general advice on matters such as harm reduction and housing.

Open Door is a Big Life affiliate, meaning that it is not owned by The Big Life group but it works with The Big Life group to change people's lives.
