Mentoring Interventions provides an individually tailored mentoring service to help people get the most out of their lives.

Through our one to one mentoring service we:
• establish trust
• offer tailored advice and signpost to services
• discuss options
• challenge beliefs and behaviours
• motivate and inspire
• develop an understanding of consequences and actions
• use group work and activities

The mentoring service can be offered to any client group, helping to break social isolation, create opportunities and challenged established patterns of behaviour.

We recruit our mentors from local communities, ensuring that there's a common understanding between the mentor and his or her mentee. Or mentors have experience and understanding of day to day challenges people face. They are professional, non-judgmental and supportive. All our mentors are CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checked.
