Staffing

Aisha Childcaring is run by a team of experienced and qualified staff. We also recruit trainees and volunteers who wish to gain childcare experience and pursue childcare as a career.

All our staff are CRB checked.

We work hard to ensure that the cultural diversity of the local population is reflected in staff, and is celebrated in the nursery.

We keep up to date with changes to the national childcare standards, training our staff to become specialists in areas such as special needs, behaviour management, child protection and equality.
